Nouri Pictures is a London-based independent film and animation production company founded in 2020 by filmmaker Salar Nouri. Our passion for motion pictures and storytelling drives us to create extraordinary visuals and produce compelling stories worth telling.
SALAR NOURI, Founder
Salar Nouri is an accomplished Iranian-British filmmaker, known for his unique and visionary practices in CG animation and contemporary cinema. As a multi-talented artist, he holds expertise in multiple aspects of filmmaking, including direction, screenwriting, producing, animation, and CG artistry. His latest work, "TREEMEN", is a captivating fantasy fiction animated short film, which was produced in 2022.
BIOGRAPHY
Salar, a filmmaker and animator, was born in Iran and raised in the UK. He received his higher education at University College London (UCL) before studying Directing at the prestigious USC School of Cinematic Arts in Los Angeles under the guidance of Oscar-nominated director, Micheal Uno. In 2018, he attended a Text and Performance MA at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA).

In 2020, Salar founded Nouri Pictures, a London-based film and animation production company dedicated to experimenting with CG animation storytelling and creating extraordinary visuals.
